Overall:Responsibility for managing multiple venues, driving revenue, focusing on sales, client relationships and operational efficiency.

We are looking for an seasoned senior manager with sales experience in the entertainment and/or hospitality sectors to oversee our venues, work with venue staff and drive sales. We are the leading Escape Room experience in the world with significant growth plans.

Role requirements

Minimum role requirements in the entertainment and/or hospitality sectors:

· Not less than 5 years in a significant leadership/management position (references will be required)

· Not less than 5 years in a sales environment with a strong track record of performance (references will be required)

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to enable strong relationships to be developed and maintained with customers and clients

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Ability to work across multiple sites and to create a strong positive engagement with staff, even remotely

· Experience with CRM tools and booking platforms

· Very strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and complete tasks routinely within agreed timeframes

Aspects of the role: The role is substantially based out of Colorado Springs but the successful candidate is required to maintain strong connections with other venues in Colorado, including regular visits to them, as well as travelling to Tampa in Florida on an agreed basis.

Key responsibilities – venue management

· Oversee operations across all venues

· Manage venue staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management

· Monitor venue performance and identify areas for improvement

· Co-ordinate with customers to ensure events are executed smoothly and to expectations

· Set and maintain processes and procedures in all venues

· Ensure strong customer satisfaction across all venues

· Ensure that all venues are clean, safe and well maintained

Key responsibilities – Sales and revenue generation

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across each venue in the portfolio

· Negotiate contracts through agree pricing models and manage pricing for venue rentals are

· Identify new business opportunities, including potential new clients and events

· Manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to booking conformation via a preferred sales tool

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event organizers and industry contacts

· Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure all marketing is appropriate and maximize returns on expenditure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
