Game Master

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Game Master to join our team at Escapology Rockwall. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, upselling games, and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also be responsible for leading groups of guests through the escape room experience and providing them with clues and hints as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to guests in person,
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Lead groups of guests through the escape room experience
• Provide clues and hints to guests as needed
• Reset and prepare game rooms for the next group of players
• Check in guests
• Work with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability is required
• The ideal candidate will be available to work weekends.
• We are looking for someone who is passionate about escape rooms and guest service.
• Must be 18 or older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
