Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring all participants understand the rules and objectives.
- Manage events from start to finish, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining financial integrity during events.
- Utilize public speaking skills to engage participants and create an exciting atmosphere.
- Resolve conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques to maintain a positive environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience through teamwork and communication.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
