Located in Pigeon Michigan, Esch Landscaping has become the premier landscape provider of beautiful and creative outdoor spaces for its full-time residents and those who spend the summers in their lakeside homes. We are diverse in services which in addition to Landscaping, include: Construction Management, Asphalt Maintenance, Turf Maintenance and Snow Management. Position Overview:
We are always looking for exceptional people! These positions are generally seasonal (April - November) full time positions.
Each position is responsible for a variety of job tasks within their division. Currently, we are looking for:
Landscape Team Members
Characteristics:

Work Conditions:
- Ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials
- Excellent stamina is required
- Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 80 lbs. basis
- Requires good manual dexterity
Minimum Requirements:
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (and able to attain a chauffeurs license and medical card)
- Ability to follow safe working procedures
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
