Purpose of Role: The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
This role will train on day shift (M-TH 4a-2p) until the swing shift is established.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing team. Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Support Employees: Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Maintain Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with structured problem solving/Lean Manufacturing experience is beneficial
