1. Carry out instructions from supervisor.
2. Build standard and custom wood molds to specifications provided as needed by the panforming machine operators.
3. Repair existing wood molds to ensure they meet the needs of the panforming area and customer requirements.
4. Maintain an accurate inventory of completed molds.
5. Maintain proper inventory of all materials used for the area. Advise supervisor when additional materials are required well in advance to avoid delays.
6. Repair and perform preventative maintenance on all tools, machines and equipment in the department.
7. Help train new employees as requested by supervisor.
8. All duties to be performed according to company quality control standards.
9. Keep accurate daily job ticket and record all material used on the work order.
PPE Required: Safety Glasses, steel toed shoes, and ear plugs.
** Must be able to lift 50 lbs. **
