Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean and organized environment in the kitchen and bar areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that dishwashing, cleaning, and bar support duties are handled efficiently to support a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing & Cleaning
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area.
- Ensure that garbage and recycling are regularly emptied and disposed of.
- Sweep and mop floors in dishwashing and kitchen areas as needed.
General Support
- Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Assist with other tasks as directed by the General Manager or Kitchen Manager.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus but not required.
