What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stone Division Manager position at Escobedo Group?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Stone Division Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Stone Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the stone industry, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all Stone Division personnel
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from bidding and estimation to project execution and completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage the division's budget and financial performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the stone industry, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of stone fabrication, installation, and project management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant construction software
