What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator position at Escott Orthodontics?
Escott Orthodontics is looking to add another treatment coordinator to our busy privately owned practice.
Treatment Coordinator duties : Assist Dr. Escott and Dr. Davis by presenting treatment plans to our new patients, follow up with pending treatment and build relationships with our area dentists.
Skills Required:
1. Comfortable with technology
2. Familiar with Word, Outlook, Excel
3. Understand financial obstacles and find solutions
4. Willingness to adapt to change
5. Strong aptitude for math/finances
Qualities Needed:
1. High Empathy and emotional IQ
2. An authentic love of helping patients to start their Ortho journey
3. Organized
4. Comfortalbe discussing finances and making financial arrangements
5. Willing to wear funny hats ( we have many dress up days)
6. Motivated by acheiving goals that = bonus opportunity
