Duties:
- Assist Escrow Officers in managing escrow transactions from opening to closing
- Prepare escrow instructions, amendments, and other related documents
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to gather necessary information
- Conduct credit analysis and review financial documents
- Ensure compliance with TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) regulations
- Handle escrow funds and disbursements
- Maintain accurate records and files
Experience:
- Previous experience in escrow, loan origination, or mortgage servicing preferred
- Knowledge of basic math principles and financial calculations
- Familiarity with loan officer functions and contract review
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
