Responsibilities
- Canvass designated neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in conversations about their roofing needs.
- Educate potential customers on roofing solutions, storm damage, and the benefits of roof replacement or repair.
- Generate and qualify leads, setting appointments for roof inspections.
- Build rapport with customers, providing professional and transparent information about services.
- Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using designated CRM software.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights.
Qualifications
- Experience in door-to-door sales (roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, or similar industries) is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills—ability to connect and build trust with homeowners.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented—competitive mindset with a drive to succeed.
