Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
THIS JOB INVOLVES PROCESSING CUSTOMER PURCHASE ORDERS RECIEVED BY EMAIL AND ENTERING THEM INTO OUR SYSTEM, WITH RELATED DUTIES, AND GIVING CUSTOMERS ORDER INFORMATION, STATUS AND SHIPPING, ETC.
Duties
TRAINING ON OUR PRODUCTS AND M2000 SYSTEM REQUIRED FIRST 90 DAYS
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Demonstrate excellent EMAIL AND PHONE etiquette when handling customer calls
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.21 - $24.34 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
