Senior Sales Enablement Manager
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience and success of our global sales team. By maintaining a comprehensive learning library, implementing effective processes, and managing enablement tools, this role ensures our sales representatives are equipped to excel at every stage of the buyer’s journey.
Using a data-driven approach, the Senior Sales Enablement Manager identifies and optimizes gaps in the sales cycle, delivering impactful programs, resources, training sessions, and workshops to boost sales efficiency and skills.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, this hands-on role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet the sales organization’s objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales enablement and operations teams to create and deliver content, processes, practices, and tools that support our sales team throughout the buyer’s journey.
Lead key sales enablement programs, including onboarding, ensuring smooth content creation and ongoing reinforcement plans to boost sales effectiveness.
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and manage engaging, sales-ready content such as videos, job aids, e-learning modules, and course materials ensuring that all content is high-quality, relevant and impactful.
Oversee current enablement tools and lead the implementation of new platforms, gathering feedback and continuously evaluating their effectiveness.
Ensure these tools are adopted by gathering feedback from the team and continuously evaluating their effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
Represent the sales team’s needs during New Product Introduction (NPI) discussions to support successful product launches.
Assist in direct and channel lead generation campaigns by working closely with Marketing, Channels, and Field teams.
Manage sales enablement and operations projects to ensure they are executed on time and successfully; Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sale enablement initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sales enablement best practices to continuously improve our strategies.
Partner with sales leadership to create a coaching culture by leveraging data insights and enablement tools, delivering meaningful insights that support sales growth and skill development.
Support the effective use of the eSentire sales methodology by providing training, resources, and ongoing reinforcement to ensure consistent application across the sales team.

Knowledge of training best practices, adult learning theories and content design.
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
