This position manages and coordinates the team that may oversee janitorial, mail services, reception, event planning, facility maintenance, space planning, and / or relocation / reconfiguration.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics.Controls expenses within area of responsibility.Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures that department operates within budget.Evaluates and justifies supplies, equipment, and purchases as needed.Particular Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Ability to communicate effectively in written formal and oral presentations from hourly staff to CEO level.Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.Ability to maintain organization and control in an ever-changing environment.Must exhibit self-initiative, accountability, flexible and good leadership skills as well as political savvy.Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.Must understand and conceptualize working knowledge of support services to meet established goals and objectives.Above-average time management skills.Must be proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Apply to ESFM Services today!ESFM is a member of Compass Group USA.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
