Job Summary
The Department Manager will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department and guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
- Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates
- Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
- Assists with cost control management for the account
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
- Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
