Position Title: FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Shift: M-F 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
Pay Grade: 13

Job Summary
Facility Management, monitoring and coordination of day-to-day ongoing facility appearance & functionality related issues and improvement projects from onset to complete closure. Including but not limited to updates and issues to paint, carpet, windows, plants, furniture, clearing, and repairs, etc.
Liaison with facility vendors; coordinating maintenance/repairs/improvements, scheduling, budget, defining work scope, overseeing installation, addressing staffing &/or quality issues and ensuring satisfactory results.
Propose and develop operational processes & procedures, maintaining all necessary role specific documentation. Including but not limited to email templates, training manuals and SharePoint sites.
Build strong relationships with clients, internal Compass staff, stake holders, contract owners and other business managers, while working on strategy, operational planning and implementation of facility related projects and processes.
Control issues as they arise through the proper administrative channels & escalation paths.
Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Oversee mailroom functions such as, but not limited to: shipping, receiving, inventory management, procurement, and PO generation for items for the facility.
Oversee furniture issues, layout, moving and box requests.
Experience with soft services to include vending, janitorial experience.
Assists managers in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint.
Requirement: Must have financial and facilities experience and/or knowledge and strong computer skills.
