Job Summary
Reports to : Unit Director
Location : Kendall Square – 290 Binney St
The Workplace Services Manager will oversee the design and development activities for a new building and a new business. This role involves creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), project management (PM) scheduling, job descriptions, hiring, programming, and training. The manager will be responsible for design development and eventually the management of all janitorial services, event management, audio / video services, and concierge staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) :
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for all workplace services.
- Ensure SOPs are compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update SOPs as needed.
