Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Auction Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Market rate - Immediate need . You must have a background working with used equipment auctions and /or trading. You’ll be expected to develop relationships with wholesale sellers of surplus, liquidated, and end-of-life manufacturing and R&D equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth by generating actionable leads each week.
- Identify market trends and supply/demand imbalances to inform pricing and sourcing decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive asset and pricing analysis to guide decision-making and negotiations.
- Source and engage with potential buyers and sellers to identify and compare transaction opportunities.
- Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers and vendors across the North America , Europe, and Asia.
- Provide exceptional service and expand client accounts through proactive outreach and ongoing communication.
- Leverage our CRM system and customer database to track, report, and manage business activity.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring maximum revenue opportunities.
- Stay informed on market competition and use effective strategies to capture and retain market share.
- Provide monthly and annual forecasts for business activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in auctions, trading, or structured negotiations.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
