Key Responsibilities
- Work in Word and Excel to build reports, track data, and complete markups. Crafting new Excel spreadsheets, including using formulas and pivot tables.
- Coordinate and maintain files and records; perform data entry of specific departmental information.
- Gather and maintain information/data to support periodic and special reports for the area of responsibility as advised; make copies and distribute
- Support a team of 10 professionals
- Attend staff, committee and other professional meetings to exchange information, represent supervisor, or take minutes; transcribe and distribute copies of minutes to appropriate personnel; prioritize and coordinate meetings; and prepare meeting agendas/packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- One year of college or specialized vocational training in public administration, accounting, secretarial skills, computer technology, business administration, or a closely related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience providing administrative support to multiple supervisors, work in engineering environment helpful
- Detail work style with an organized approach to tasks.
- Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
