- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with HOA standards.
- Provide violation reports including photos, in depth descriptions, and suggested next steps of correction to the CAM's.
- Identify maintenance needs and propose solutions to clients.
- Benchmark: Complete inspections for a minimum of 30 communities monthly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HOA boards, CDD boards and clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project statuses and maintenance schedules for the entire community management pipeline.
- Benchmark: Achieve a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance solutions for properties under management.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Benchmark: Maintain a completion rate of 95% for maintenance requests within agreed timelines.
- Plan, budget, and execute capital expenditure projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Benchmark: Successfully manage at least 3 CapEx projects per quarter.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Florida market.
- Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Benchmark: Acquire at least 5 new accounts (projects) per quarter.
