Brief Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician with a Journeyman License. Experience with VFD Diagnostics and repair, Motor Control Diagnostic and repair preferred. Also 5 years experience in the related field required. Looking for someone with Industrial or Commercial licensing experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 5 years experience
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License, Journeyman’s Electrical License. 100% skill assessment, B Wastewater license Other licenses may vary according to specific site and assignments.
Technical: Ability to follow manual & operating instructions. Basic proficiency with electrical circuits, wiring electronics and relevant hand tools.
Technical: Ability to follow manual & operating instructions. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Basic knowledge of water/wastewater operations.
Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Willing to help others. Maintains composure in challenging situations.
Problem Solving & Quality: Pays attention to detail. Identifies & solves problems. Escalates issues accordingly. Checks work for quality.
Managing for Results: Works well with supervision. Takes projects to completion. Follows all company policies & SOPs. Manages multiple tasks.
Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrates a positive attitude. Acts in accordance with company vision, mission & values. Takes accountability for own performance. Willing to take on additional assignments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to: frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician with a Journeyman License. Experience with VFD Diagnostics and repair, Motor Control Diagnostic and repair preferred. Also 5 years experience in the related field required. Looking for someone with Industrial or Commercial licensing experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Cleans and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of different Electrical components.
- Willing to assist both lead electrician and other electricians with any electrical tasks needed.
- Terminate electrical connections to new equipment and disconnect equipment under repair.
- Clean and maintain Tools and Equipment.
- Other duties assigned.
- Clean Shop area.
- Maintains files records of Work Order task completion.
- Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays and scheduled 24-hour on call.
- General knowledge of Arc Flash and Arc Flash equipment.
- Assess and make repairs to small voltage systems up to 480 volts.
- Ability to cut, bend and install rigid conduit appropriately.
- Must be able to work independently on Electrical tasks with little guidance.
- Assess and make repairs to medium and high voltage systems including 4160 and 12.5k Volts.
- Assess and make repairs to medium and high voltage rack in breakers.
- Assess and make repairs to Motor controls including Starters and VFD’S.
