The Proposal and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and technical literature for Inframark’s Automation and Intelligence Division. This role ensures all marketing and proposal materials are created efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with company goals and branding.
Primary Responsibilities
The position is based in an office environment. The role requires occasional lifting and moving of items up to 20 lbs., along with tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
5-10% Travel required.

Inframark is looking for a Proposal and Marketing Manager that can be located in Atlanta GA, Raleigh NC or Tomball TX.
The Proposal and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and technical literature for Inframark’s Automation and Intelligence Division. This role ensures all marketing and proposal materials are created efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with company goals and branding.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal development process by identifying and assembling team members, setting goals and milestones, and creating strategies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Oversee vendor certification processes and maintain vendor status with key partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for all proposal team service requests, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to assess business needs and create compelling content for proposal submissions.
- Maintain and update business development templates and resources for proposals, ensuring they align with company standards and are accessible across the organization.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications and Marketing to align brand messaging and ensure consistency in the presentation of Inframark’s products and services.
- Lead and manage the proposal preparation process, ensuring all required information and business development data is gathered and integrated.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Education: BA/BS in English, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in proposal management a must, marketing, or business development, including significant experience in proposal writing and project management.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and online research tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Problem-Solving & Quality: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically. Able to identify complex challenges and develop creative, effective solutions.
- Managing for Results: Capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and deliver high-quality results.
