What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Technician position at ESG?
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join their Festus team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating, custom blow molding, vacuum forming, and CNC.
Starting wage $19 Shift is 7:30am – 4pm Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Be able to perform the following tasks: custom blow molding , vacuum forming and fabrication
- Safely and properly setup tools for individual methods
- Use of ovens and heats to form raw materials
- Fabricate finished goods by routing, trimming, drilling, gluing, buffing and polishing product
- Follow prints and instruction to specifications and materials
- Use ruler, tape measure and calipers in both standard and metric for dimensional analysis
- Responsible for quality control of product produced.
- Pack and label product
Qualifications:
- Be able to stand/ walk 7 hours daily
- Be able to safely lift 45 lbs
- Demonstrate ability to learn new skills and techniques
- Maintain attention to detail
- Possess good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision, yet work effectively in team environment when needed.
- Be capable of multi- tasking, and managing time efficiently
- Experienced with tape measures, calipers and rulers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
