ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Our office mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. I have been a State Farm agent since 2007.

We are serving IL, IN, IA and WI.

We are looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. Do you aspire to some day run your own business, be an advisor looked to in your community, and lead a team? As part of my successful team, I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This development and mentoring can lead you in the right direction to better prepare you for a potential career as a State Farm agent. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently

Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties

Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Property, Casualty, Life, Health license- required

Bilingual- preferred

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
