Job Overview
The CAD Drafter will work closely with engineers in support of the company’s ongoing biogas utilization projects. This individual will need to be skilled in both 3D piping and 2D drawings. The Drafter will be responsible for implementing sound design principles to ensure project documents are thorough and polished. An ability to work independently, self-motivate, and communicate effectively with team members is of the utmost importance to this role.
The position is ideally based out of Sisters, OR. Remote or Hybrid roles will be considered for the right individual.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Prepares engineering drawings for permitting, estimating, and construction across all disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Process, Controls, Network).
- Prepares Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Provides 3D piping design and support.
- Utilizes Autodesk Construction Cloud electronic document management system to organize and transmit documents between project participants.
- Interact with engineering disciplines and departments throughout the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial or municipal drafting experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Associate’s degree in Drafting/Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or similar field preferred.
- Experience in the RNG industry or similar industrial construction fields, such as: petrochemical, Oil & Gas, power generation, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, pulp & paper, etc.
- Quick learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment to get things done, combining creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle.
- Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once; strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in an environment with changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license for state of residence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficient user of AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Proficient user of AutoCAD Electrical
- Proficient user of AutoCAD MEP
- Proficient user of Navisworks and ACC
- Knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, and/or B31.4
- Knowledge of ANSI and ISO standards

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
