- Prospect, develop, and close new business with property management companies that own single-family homes and communities
- Sell our plumbing services by leveraging your existing relationships within the property management industry
- Work closely with decision-makers to understand their needs and provide customized plumbing solutions
- Drive sales and ensure a quick turnaround on work orders
This is a commission-only position with no base salary. Your compensation will be a percentage of the sales you generate:
- 5% commission on all sales in the first yearfrom each new client
- 1% commission on sales in subsequent yearsfrom existing clients, for remainder of employment
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the property management industry
- Strong, established relationships with property management companies and decision-makers in Dallas/ Fort Worth
- Ability and desire to quickly secure work orders and close deals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment
- High earning potential based on performance
