Is the key point of contact when it comes to handling the cash flow within the store. They are in charge of making sure that the daily deposit is accounted for and taken to the bank six (6) days a week, so that the operational side of the store has the finances to function. The Financial Manager creates a customer experience resulting in complete customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines set forth in this job description. They assist customers by answering questions and showing them additional products that will fulfill their needs, and they take initiative to perform duties without being asked.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Proven ability to accurately count currency
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
