Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lexington, KY for Commercial Roof Foreman and Commercial Roofers. The Commercial Roof Foreman will be responsible for supervising the roofing team, operating heavy equipment, communicating with team members, understanding of scope of work with epdm systems, tpo/pvc systems, and mod bit systems.

- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and strength for manual labor
- Team player with good problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in commercial roofing is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
