Automotive Service Advisor

Position Overview

Eskridge Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, ensuring clear communication between customers and our service technicians, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our service department.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Provide detailed information on service options and associated costs.
• Schedule appointments and prioritize service requests.
• Liaison between customers & service technicians to ensure timely & efficient repairs
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate customers on recommended services.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient computer skills for scheduling and documentation.
  
  

Pay: Commission based

Position type: Full-time employment

Hours

Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. /Alternating Saturdays 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
