Job Description:

We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about sales and brings great energy and dedication to creating a successful organization. This role includes uncapped commission upside and complete ownership over a large sales territory. We are looking for someone to be a key member of our team and growth strategy, who can spearhead the capture of our market opportunity and allow us to grow even faster. Responsibilities:
• Manage opportunities as primary owner and point of contact through entire sales process from inception through close.
• Coordinate and facilitate product demos for prospects in conjunction with ESM subject matter experts.
• Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are achieved.
• Source opportunities individually through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, through means such as calling prospects and channel selling through existing partnerships.
• Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, data tracking, and organization of information.
• Represent ESM Core Values in all dealings with Clients and Partners.
• Compile and review success metrics on an ongoing basis with the Leadership Team.
• Transferring deals to account management after closing.
• Continually connect with customers for ongoing sales opportunities.
• Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, data tracking, and organization of information
• Leverage AI via MSFT CoPilot Sales, Salesforce analytics and other ESM resources to optimize sales processes and results.
• Collaborate with leadership on the sales process and contribute to building a successful sales department.
Experience:
• 5 years B2B sales experience (Insurance, Compliance, FinTech, SaaS).
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and growth targets.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Experience tracking metrics, extracting insight from metrics to provide key takeaways and optimization ideas to senior leadership team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong video presentation skills.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, CoPilot (sales). etc. Savvy with navigating multiple systems and data analysis.
• Ability to manage, maintain and grow a high value book of customers.
• Competitive nature, drive to win, grit and scrappiness.
• Natural curiosity and receptivity to coaching.
• You are a creative go-getter, you love talking with customers and you quickly recognize client needs.

Hours & Location:
• Full Time
• Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Southern California (remote position)
