Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent at Esmé Miami Beach in Miami Beach, FL. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, assisting with reservations, and providing excellent customer service.

- Hospitality or related industry experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
