Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various office tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in time management and customer service, with a keen eye for detail. We are an Import / Distribution company of variety of novelty accessories.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Utilize office management skills to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Support dental receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in and appointment confirmations.
  • Operate office equipment such as phone systems and computers effectively.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
