Job Title: Cardiac Telemetry Nurse Location: Novant Health Rowan Medical Center, Salisbury, NC Pay rate: $40 to $45 per hour Position Overview: ESO Consultants is seeking experienced Cardiac Telemetry Nurses to join our Crisis Response team at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. This is a critical role designed to provide high-quality, hands-on patient care in a cardiac telemetry unit. The selected candidates will play an essential part in monitoring, assessing, and responding to patients’ cardiac health in an acute care setting. Position Details: * Shift: 4x12-Hour Nights * Start Date: 11/25 or 12/2 * Contract Length: 13 Weeks * Truncated Compliance: Yes (expedited compliance process) * Auto Offer: No (interview and selection required) Key Responsibilities: * Continuous monitoring and assessment of cardiac patients’ telemetry data and vital signs. * Responding to changes in patients' conditions with appropriate interventions. * Supporting the medical team with patient care, utilizing advanced cardiac life support measures as needed. * Maintaining accurate, timely, and clear documentation in accordance with facility protocols. Qualifications: * Certifications Required: o ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) o BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) o NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) * Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac telemetry or similar acute care setting. * Travel Experience: Travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
