Responsibilities: Prepare reports, newsletters, and employee communications on benefits programs. Develop strategies for plan announcements and changes. Ensure compliance with communication requirements, including ACA Summary of Benefits. Coordinate with TPAs and external vendors on communication efforts. Qualifications: Experience in benefits communication and stakeholder engagement. Strong writing, presentation, and public relations skills. Knowledge of ACA and healthcare communication standards.
