Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce compliance with health insurance regulations and plan documents. Review TPA compliance reports and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Assist in claims appeals and regulatory audits. Ensure timely updates to plan documents and employee communications. Provide compliance guidance to the Executive Committee. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations. Experience in benefits administration and oversight. Detail-oriented with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
