1. One‑Stop System Operator Manager Job Summary: ESO Consultant LLC is seeking an experienced One‑Stop System Operator Manager to coordinate and enhance our one‑stop service operations. In this role, you will work to bring together diverse workforce partners, facilitate strategic meetings, and ensure smooth performance reporting. You will lead the execution of statewide workforce initiatives through effective stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Coordination: Oversee the operations of one‑stop service centers to ensure high-quality delivery of workforce services. Organize and facilitate up to four stakeholder meetings per year (up to three hours each), including agenda development, discussion leadership, and post-meeting follow-ups. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain performance measurement systems for monitoring key metrics such as referrals, co‑enrollments, and employment outcomes. Produce comprehensive semi‑annual reports summarizing progress and recommending continuous improvement strategies. Operational Management: Ensure compliance with relevant workforce initiatives and guidelines while promoting effective collaboration among service partners. Lead ongoing system enhancements to support both service delivery and partner engagement. Required Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Workforce Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years’ experience managing workforce development or multi‑stakeholder environments with a proven track record in facilitation, strategic planning, and continuous performance improvement.
