Job Description:
ESO Consultants is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the Occupational Therapy department at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is comfortable in a front desk setting and can efficiently manage administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk support in a pre-employment occupational therapy environment
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Utilize the internal system for scheduling and documentation (training provided)
- Assist patients with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of one year of front desk or customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and use internal scheduling and patient management systems
- Professional and courteous demeanor in patient interactions
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekend or holiday shifts required
