Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage project activities and personnel to achieve objectives. Develop detailed budget projections and planned timelines for various project phases. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, delivering progress reports on timelines, budget, and deliverables. Provide expertise and advice on technical aspects of project design and implementation. Manage communications across teams and stakeholders through various platforms. Monitor on-site project activities and provide support when necessary. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and laws. Collaborate with subcontractors, assessing their qualifications to meet project needs. Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in renovation, demolition, remediation, and/or construction projects. Strong understanding of environmental compliance and safety standards. Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed reports, budgets, and presentations effectively. Excellent leadership and communication skills for engaging diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software. Preferred: Degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, or related fields.

Pay: $54.00 - $76.00 per hour
