Job Description:
ESO Consultants is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) to join Rochester General Hospital. This
position requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a rotational basis
(typically two weeks of days, followed by two weeks of nights). Unit assignments will be
determined at the time of offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Document patient progress using Epic charting system
- Adhere to hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Active NY RN license (must be in hand at the time of application)
- Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience preferred
- No local candidates (must reside at least 75 miles from Rochester, NY)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
