Position: Attorney - Business Operations Analyst Senior
Location: Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday through Thursday - Mclean VA
Interview Type: 1st Round - 30 minutes | 2nd Round - 45 minutes- In-Person interviews in Mclean VA
Must Haves:7 years of experience is required. Must have hands on experience using MS Office Suite. Must have merger and acquisitions (M&A) or structured finance transactions experience, they should have sophisticated transaction experience specifically. Title company experience or experience with just foreclosures is not sufficient here, they need to have specific experience with complex financial transactions - not necessarily just real estate.

Job Description
- Licensed Attorney with 7-10 years of experience.
- Understanding of the finance industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate -Securitization -Mortgage Servicing -Asset-based lending
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and communication skills; strong negotiation and document drafting skills
