Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Researching and identifying potential customers through databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Cold calling, emailing, and using other outreach methods to connect with prospects.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and assessing their fit for the company s services.
Relationship Building
- Maintaining regular communication with potential and existing clients to build trust.
- Acting as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and providing initial consultations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their pain points and requirements.
Sales Enablement
- Presenting IT service offerings to prospects using email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Creating and sharing tailored proposals, presentations, and quotes.
- Working with technical teams to clarify customer requirements and ensure accurate solutions are proposed.
CRM Management and Reporting
- Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date with lead and opportunity information.
