Job description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic tech team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge mobile applications primarily for the iOS platform while also possessing strong capabilities in other mobile environments such as Android.
- The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of mobile app development, a track record of successful projects, and a passion for pushing mobile technologies to their limits.
- You will work closely with other talented developers, designers, and product managers to deliver outstanding mobile applications that meet our company's needs and exceed our users' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform while also supporting Android and other mobile platforms as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Lead the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post-launch support.
- Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Proven working experience in iOS development with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store.
- Deep familiarity with Swift and Objective-C.
- Experience with other platforms such as Android, using Kotlin or Java is highly preferred.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of design principles and interface guidelines.
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Bachelor s Degree: A bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Master s Degree (optional but preferred): A master s degree in computer science or software engineering
