Location: McLean , VA - Hybrid / Open to remote
Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend process improvements for healthcare services and operations.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key healthcare metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement healthcare solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Provide data analysis to support informed decision-making and performance optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in business analysis within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.) and systems (EHR/EMR).
- Experience with patient engagement and population health management strategies.
