The Digital Marketing Specialist is a dynamic, hands-on role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing activity and campaigns that create demand for the company's products or services. They significantly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, acquire leads and customers, and ultimately build the business. This role combines creativity and technical skills to optimize marketing strategies through digital platforms, social media, email, websites, and search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to create digital assets and landing pages.
- SEO/SEM Optimization
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing improvement recommendations.
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, and web pages.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.) to gauge campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven decision-making to refine and enhance campaigns.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the sales, design, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ strategies to implement new marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management
- Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in campaigns and investments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with SEMrush or equivalent (SEO program) and AI technologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field and a hands-on marketeer.
- 3 Years of proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and technology.
