Electrical labor

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Electrical Laborer to support our electrical installation teams across commercial and residential job sites in the Houston 77070 area. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in the electrical trade and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with pulling wire, installing conduit, and setting fixtures.

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.

• Dig trenches, set up ladders, and prepare work areas.

• Measure, cut, and assemble electrical materials and components.

• Keep job sites clean and organized.

• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.

• Support setup and teardown of temporary power systems.

• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 0–1 year of experience in construction or electrical work (entry-level welcome).

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction safety practices.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (heat, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.).

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and licensed electricians.

Preferred (Not Required):

• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.

• Experience on commercial or residential job sites.

• Interest in pursuing a licensed electrical apprenticeship.
