Marketing Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including planning, timelines, execution, and reporting. Assist with trade show coordination, digital content creation, and print collateral. Manage updates to company websites and support social media and video initiatives. Analyze market data and competitors to help identify trends and areas for growth. Collaborate across departments to align marketing activities with sales goals. Handle scheduling, meeting prep, and support internal communication efforts. Pitch in with various creative projects—your input will be valued!

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising support role

1 year experience in manufacturing

Hands-on skills with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Basic video editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere or similar) is a plus

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project coordination abilities

Excellent communicator who is comfortable interacting across teams and with external partners

A team player with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic
