Data Analyst / Information Systems Specialist

In this fully remote role, you’ll focus on system integration, automation, and data integrity—not traditional recruiting. You’ll lead efforts to sync LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services with Zoho Recruit, design custom dashboards, implement smart automations, and leverage AI to support strategic decision-making.
What You Bring :
Proven expertise in managing and syncing data across platforms like Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn RPS, or similar ATS / CRM systems.
Strong experience in data automation, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
Proficiency in designing workflows, building reports, and creating seamless data processes.
Ability to develop and maintain data categories aligned with ATS / CRM platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance data utility.
Experience in recruiting industry systems or professional services environments is a plus.
