Director of Product Development - Residential Solar Lighting

- Lead the development and launch of innovative lighting products, managing the full lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
- Drive alignment between engineering, sales, and marketing teams to meet customer needs while achieving company revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of products that meet market demands and set new standards in residential solar lighting.
