What You'll Do:
Assemble metal components based on detailed blueprints and work instructions
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet stringent standards
Adhere to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace
Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and efficiency targets
Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic knowledge of sheet metal processes is a plus—willing to train the right candidate
Comfort using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Work Environment:
Active, hands-on role with regular standing, bending, and manual tasks
Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided: safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, gloves, respirators, and safety belts
Exposure to common industrial hazards (ergonomic, vibration, chemical), all mitigated with strict safety protocols
