Field Service Technician
(Low voltage equipment in the public transit industry)
Job Description: Handles all service calls and completes diagnostic repairs and maintenance updates. Configures, repairs, maintains, updates, and installs Clever Devices equipment on a regular basis. Serves as point of contact at customer location for any and all service inquiries.
Skill Requirements: 3 years experience as a mechanical service technician. Hands on experience with electronics and computer systems. Knowledge in automotive schematics, networking and software applications. Strong organizational skills. Strong time management and customer service skills A.A.S or equivalent.
Will be responsible for company property such as laptop and cell phone.
Valid and Clean Driver's License required.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary: $26.00-$33.00
Locations: To cover more than 1 garage depending on customer needs. All 4 garages are in the Philadelphia area. main garage location: 6725 Germantown Ave. Not all garages will be visited daily, depending on where a bus might be down for the day. Will discuss garage locations during initial interview.
